They have partnered with wild game hunter and chef Ryan Smith, who’s popping up to serve some of his wild game bites - meats that he’s infused with Earth beer along with produce from surrounding Cudgen farms. Expect smashed wild boar and venison burgers, flathead tacos, cassava chips + porter bbq sauce.
If you fancy something more casual, food and beer pairings will be available all day, so just come and visit, taste and savour the treats on offer at your leisure, no ticket required.
