Look out for acclaimed chef Jason Saxby (of Raes at Wategos), a Tweed resident and market regular. Jason will be setting up a stall at the Murwillumbah Farmers Market as a one-off and will offer tastings on products you’ll find at the market. He will also offer expert advice and handy culinary tips to any cooking questions you may have and how best to use any of these products.

Northern Rivers Food are also present on the day and will be set up next to Jason offering tips, hints and seedlings for the edible home garden. They'll also be selling merch and raffle tickets - be in it to win a wonderful food hamper packed with market produce.
