From coast to valley — a taste-led journey awaits.


We kick off browsing lush stalls of hand-picked seasonal fruits and vegetables.
After grabbing a bite to eat in the sunshine and surrounded by mountains we collect our goods from the stall-holders — Shroom Brother, Cheeses Loves You and The Bakehouse of Tyalgum & Co.

We choose the scenic route to our next stop.
The valley takes us to taste natural wines paired with antipasti, to roll fresh pasta on a regenerative farm at dusk, and to share stories by the fire under orchard lights.


Next, a vibrant Thai feast at Farm & Co. Surrounded by organic gardens, with punchy flavours and farm-fresh produce served with warm hospitality.


The festivities don’t end here.
Along the coast, we dive into lively conversations on food and female leadership over a collaborative lunch at Pipit. Alternatively, we gather for a wood-fired seafood lunch, where local catch and native flavours come alive in every dish.
