From coast to valley — a taste-led journey awaits.

We kick off browsing lush stalls of hand-picked seasonal fruits and vegetables.

After grabbing a bite to eat in the sunshine and surrounded by mountains we collect our goods from the stall-holders — Local Dorper Lamb and The Tweed's signature Sourdough Co. Crumpets.

We choose the scenic route to our next stop.

The valley takes us to a regenerative farm and kimchi tasting. We drive through avocado trees, towering Eucalyptus and past sunflower fields. We join a local yarning circle of insightful food storytelling and chat over local brews.

Next, a Pasta and Negroni party in the paddock. Surrounded by rolling hills and sugar cane.

The festivities don’t end here.

By the coast we engage in open conversations on food, leadership, and the art of writing accompanied by canapés and drinks provided by Pipit. We also learn about creative uses of edible seaweeds in a four-course set menu.

On Thursday, we give fine dining a go — a considered set menu made with produce from farmers and producers of the Tweed region at the Best Regional Restaurant in NSW, Bistro Livi.

Friday has us gathering for a communal dinner under the stars on the lawn, with stunning views of Wollumbin and the Tweed Valley.

As the sun sets to Saturday, we explore Potager’s kitchen garden and sit down to a Fire to Fork Feast.
